Tim Gibbs

Tim’s interests and career spans many creative disciplines: as an advertising, documentary and music video director, photographer, film-maker, radio broadcaster, writer and publisher.
Tims work is diverse with a portfolio that includes high profile advertising clients, such as L’Oreal, Procter and Gamble and Unilever most notably, coming back time and again.

His portfolio also includes numerous short films and documentaries and pro-bono work for the Cancer Council, Reconciliation Australia, the United Nations and Medecins Sans Frontiers among others.

He has won numerous awards throughout his career and has published a retrospective of his life in photography entitled “Caught Between Shadows and Light”. Tim has also held two one-man exhibitions of his photography work to date. He continues to work extensively in the worlds of beauty and documentary and is currently developing a cross-media campaign directed at Men, an art installation as well as a new photography book. His energy has yet to find its limits.
